NEW RAMP PROJECT

Artist Lidia Qattan began work on a new Ramp Project for the Entrance for visitors who use wheelchairs. The idea of building a ramp is an old one, where the artist commissioned a carpenter back in 2005 to make a wooden removable ramp. However, due to a recent accident the artist herself suffred last winter due to rain, she decided that it would be more practical to have a permanent ramp instead of the usual steps. 

The project lasted approximately 3 weeks till the completion of her unique mirror art work and the installation of iron side rails on the 24th of June 2016
